Stuart Foundation welcomes new Director of Operations & Special Projects

The Foundation is pleased to welcome Missy Longshore as its new Director of Operations & Special Projects.  She is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective daily operations and implementing strategies and special projects that organize and manage the Foundation’s learning.

Missy brings over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors.  Most recently, she served as the Special Projects Manager for the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems where she administered information technology and contract resource management projects and logistics to further the Center’s mission to recruit, train, and support executive leadership talent from across America to become the next generation of urban school district leaders.  She has also held several management positions for nonprofit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Boston.

Missy earned her Master of Business Administration from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College in Northampton, MA.
