Insights, Volume I, 2009

Insights is a new and ongoing publication that examines the links between data, policy and outcomes for California's most vulnerable children and families.  This premier issue examines California's child welfare outcomes since January 2004, when the state's new outcomes and accountability system went into effect.

Insights will highlight key state and federal data that can be monitored over time. Subsequent issues will examine specific data elements and provide information about how practice and policy can impact improvements in child welfare outcomes.
